Hello, Paper Mache Lovers

I am crazy about British-Handmade EMG Gramphones which have huge paper mache horn. I am wondering if anyone knows how to make this type of horn using the process of making paper mache and knowing the theoritical acoustic sound reproduction. Please let me know. Thank you.
