The masks were finished last week and the young artists were quite proud of themselves and their work, despite the fact that they were all extremely lumpy (the masks, not the children ;-) ).
Most importantly, they had a blast making them.
All in all, I'm glad it's over!
I'll tell you a little secret though - working with PM for the class has made me want to try more of it, in my own spare time.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am to the members of this forum, all your wonderful advice and valuable input... so I will simply say a very heartfelt THANK YOU!

I'm glad it turned out so well! No one's work turns out perfectly the first time, even with a 'simple' art form like PM. But who knows, you may have started the creative bug growing in some of those youngsters.
Congratulations for taking on this arduous task with little warning and completing it happily.
