I misplaced my username and password from the artist gallery section.
After no replies to requests I gave up. I contacted my email service provider and they could not find anything caught in spam filters, or any record of contacts from your email address. The email address listed with my gallery is correct. Apparently it's one of those computer mysteries. I'm sorry for resorting to this forum to make contact. I did receive the information from you today. Thank you.

Apologies for your frustration. I have checked the logs and found that you have been sent a new password six times (03/01/11, 10/01/11, 13/01/11, 19/01/11, 25/01/11 and 20/02/11). Presumably as a response to each request.
Can you confirm you can still access email at the address listed on your gallery? Perhaps the reset emails have been flagged as spam by whatever email system you use?
I have forwarded you the most recent reset email you should have received.
Apologies once again - I can understand your frustration. If you'd still like your gallery removed, please confirm via email (I seem to be able to receive yours, even if you can't receive ours! ;-)).

I do hope you won't go ahead with removing your gallery. Your work is great and a lovely addition to the wealth of world-wide contributions on this site.
Also, I have always found Jackie (the instigator) and Russ (her son and webmaster) extremely responsive and meticulous, helping to keep the site a excellent as it is. Clearly there was a breakdown in communication somewhere here which Russ has done his best to overcome.
