Hi all, I'm new to this site. Here is a video of my papier mache sculpted pendants made some time ago. Hope you like them.

Those are quite interesting! I've never seen any pendants like that, esp of papier mache.
What do you paint them with? It almost looks like watercolor.

Thanks for the link. I think we will have to think about having a links section for videos....what does everyone else think?
Erica (Erika Takacs) has just joined us in the galleries: http://www.papiermache.co.uk/gallery/artist/455/
Erica - your pendants were smaller than I thought they were - lots of detail!

Thank you, CatPerson and Jackie. Yes, I used watercolour, and metallic acrylic paint. I'm planning on increasing their size so that they can be used as wall pieces.

They are certainly unique Erika. I like them and your sculpting is fantastic. Wall pieces would be great too, and then push the limits to freestanding full figures, (they don't need to be big) I am sure you could do that too. Thanks for showing us and keep up the great work.

PS there is another pm sculptor who does small artworks that may inspire you to further your great talents. His name is Mark Patraw and I think he is a member of this PM resource. You should have a look.

Thanks, Burrumgirl. I make elongated figures, and I also started making life sized portraits.
