My daughter is hostessing a baby shower on May 1th. I thought a great shower party theme would be for all the guests to help make a paper mache form of the mother (in her greatly enlarged state) for a wonderful keepsake. I have searched the web for help (i.e. material lists, etc) to no avail. Can you help?
If your Daughter's plan is to make a cast of her Belly you may want to try plaster instead.......I personally could not have sat still(think frequent bathroom trips... 
)long enough for mache to dry when I was pregnant....Just a thought, good luck.....those "Baby Belly" casts are pretty darn cool, the first time I saw one being made was on an episode of The Learning Channel's "A Baby Story".....Perhaps you can check the TLC website.-Kristen
