A friend of mine asked my advice.
She is going to make masks and wants to use the celluloseballs she has in stock.
She asked me for a recipe that can be used and dries fast.(they have to play with the masks.)
I suggested to put the balls in water till they fall apart ,wringe water out and add white glue only and use the mixer.
When you make the masks on gypsum and clay molds, would be the best way to start with one layer of wet paper,or do you need to cover the mall with plastic wrap.I presumed that gypsum and clay absorp water from the pulp and the dryingprocess would be faster.
But ...I have never worked with cellulose balls,I am not sure.
Anyone a suggestion? That would be very helpfull.

I have not seen them either.
It is cellulose, when you put them in water it falls apart.
She told me, it is the material they make paper with.
She asked me what she should add to make a workable ,fast drying pulp. She is going to use it in summer when the sun is shining in France(where she lives).

If someone could post a link showing these balls, I would certainly appreciate it. Are they large, like 2"/5cm, or tiny, like beads?

Thanks for thinking about this with me.
I will just give her the advice to let them soak in water, wringe the water out,add white glue anda bit of wallpaperpaste and se how the PM is.
