This lamp is approximately 2.2 meters high. The base is sculpted from mesh wire and I used Crepe paper to layer the lamp, the final layer was done using washi paper in two tones, pale pink and a maroon sort of red. I then used little paper leaves to decorate. I attached the lamp to the rod with fish wire and beaded it to look pretty. The base is a rock i found outside! I used Xmas lights so that it wouldnt be too bright.
