This record player was built as a stage prop it is constructed from corrugated cardboard covered with recycled kitchen paper towel & pva/water mix. Wire mesh (1cm square) was place over the front of the piece and covered with recycled kitchen paper towel & pva/water mix to give the appearance of a speaker grill. The knobs are plastic bottle tops and the turntable was constructed from a circle of cardboard covered in paper. This item resulted in my transition from paper construction to papier mache itself.
