Mark, the flowers on my pink Lady are decoupage, I used a special effect paper; I'm sorry I don't know the correct word in English, in German it's called "Strukturpapier"
Google translate tells me that "Strukturpapier" means "Textured Paper" in English, so I assume it's some kind of paper with a pattern/texture to its surface?
