This is a small box, formed of cartonnage, using a river cobblestone as a "positive" mould. Our Susan Ryan's wonderful work inspired me to try imitate a stone. The rock I used for the mould is also displayed.

Be careful Scylla...making fake stones can become additive. Nice piece, this little stone box.
