This pieced was inspired by a friends daughter who had some Awesome dred locks. I mounted her on a copper pipe to a tray base .From salvaged art nouveau sewing machine drawers I created a free standing jewelry box. The bust is hand sculpted over wire , then painted with oils,and acrylics.

Excellent works! It is impossible to believe that it is ashes of plants (cellulose). Skill and imagination give rise to masterpieces! Gallant!
