This sculpture was inspired by a song from one of my favorite bands, Current Swell. The song is called "Go On" and it is about leaving behind what you know to go and find some happiness. The message is simple and the song is beautiful.
My hero is about to take his first steps on a journey that has no absolute ending, but like the song says, "under every stone that I overturned comes another lesson I wouldn't have learned before."
