Not really a mystic bowl ... obviously! However, the design is, at least in part, inspired by crop circles, stone circles and other circular things. The design on the uderside of the bowl exactly mirrors that on top.
As ever, it's papier mache, coated with the flour mixture, before being painted with acrylics.
