I know that my subject doesn't match the one of this forum exactly, but maybe some have you have also experiences in this field. I haven't found any other forum on the net concerning my subject.
I am a student of textiles from Germany. At the moment I am trying to make papers from vegetables in the style of papyrus. my problem is now... as I have to soak the plant material for several days in water, the material looses almost all of it's natural color. Can you give me some advice how to preserve the color in the vegetables during this process?
