Can anybody help? I need to buy 1000 Papier Mache waste paper bins for a client who is doing a promotion on recycling.

If anybody is prepared to this job for me we will supply all moulds and materials needed.  Job would need to be completed within 4 weeks of starting i.e. 250 needed per week
