Here are a couple of images showing a before and after of a Celtic cross project that a client completed. My only input was the foam and a little advice. Unfortunately I didn't get an image of the fully complete cross but the amount of work & detail was amazing, as it was completed in a week with a lot of late nights............ so I was told.

Wow! Are you saying that the client put papiermache over the foam? I would love to know more.
I visited your site and think your company produces great-looking designs.
Cheers,

That was my reaction when I first saw it....... WOW.
They sent a picture of what they were trying to recreate and I thought it was nearly an impossible task ............. but thankfully they proved me wrong. I thought it may have been easier to carve the details into the foam but they had limited tools, time and experience with foam so they used PM (with the help of their friends) and plaster.
Here is another front image with work left to do.
Thank you for your comments Jonette 8-)

Thanks for explaining. Plaster and PM, huh? So many things to try -- so little time!

That is really awe inspiring. I have done a simple 'incised' Celtic Cross, using pulp over polystyrene but nothing as elaborate as that.

That is amazing!
So they papier-mached over the plaster?
