In the USA you can buy rolls of plaster bandage from a medical supply house. Johnson & Johnson puts out a product called specialist plaster bandage extra fast. It comes in 5 ft long rolls and is 6 in. wide. The only problem is that you have to buy a box of 12 rolls. A lifetime supply!!
I will probably expire before the box of plaster bandage.

No you won't! Once you see how great it is, a whole new world of creative possibilities opens up!
But personally, I don't think I would use the extra-fast. I like to have some maneuvering room, and it sets up fast enough as it is. And the temp of the water you use can affect it, too: hot water = fast; cold water = slower.
